Senior Pet Care

If your older pet has tender paws, look for paw grips to protect their paws and give them a better grip for walking through your home. Use a pet gate to keep them out of rooms they shouldn't enter. To ensure they have everything they need, keep their food, water, and pet bed nearby. You can attach double-sided tape to the bottom of the pet food bowls to make sure they stay in place.

Learn About Your Pet

When you come into our offices at Silicon Valley Pet Clinic, your pet will receive a complete examination. Before you go to the office, find a record of your pet's vaccinations so they can be included in your pet's health record. At the end of the visit, your veterinarian will meet with you and share any concerns about your pet's health. They can also advise you on whether to change your pet's feeding routine.
